Aleo: Free Serif Font for Great Designs

Designed by Alessio Laiso, Aleo is a free serif font with a contemporary typeface. It has been designed as the slab serif companion to the Lato font.

Aleo has a semi-rounded design and a sleek structure. It looks awesome while being high on readability. The Aleo font includes six styles—three font weights (light, regular and bold) with corresponding italics.

The font is released under the SIL Open Font License, which means you can use it for both personal and commercial use freely.
