Gemicon is a free icon set, which include icons in 3 different sizes (16px, 32px, 64px) PNG files and as a separate Photoshop layer. Gemicon is totally FREE!

The PNG and PSD icons include all common icons used for designing websites and apps. Icons are 256×256 pixels and currently available in black and white only.
